1. Application Selection

Before starting your application, please read the Application Guide carefully. Further information on eligibility and English language proficiency can be found here.

If your current high school, language school, or university is in Japan, or if you hold a Japanese residency status such as student, dependent, or permanent resident, you are considered a domestic applicant.

All other students are considered overseas applicants.

If you are unsure which category applies to you, please contact the admissions office.

Important Notes Regarding Applications

The University will check application documents after each application deadline and contact applicants by Email. It is the applicant’s responsibility to regularly check E-mail communication and respond in a timely manner. Please check your Email filters and enable settings to be able to receive Email from “@nucba.ac.jp”

Your Interview will be scheduled according to the Application Guidelines.

Application and acceptance into the University will be revoked if any false information or forgeries are found in submitted documents.

Under no circumstances can we accept incomplete applications, late applications, or applications that are not accompanied by full payment of the prescribed application fee by the corresponding deadline.

Application fee is non-refundable.
